The workshops participants had presented various topics related to the specifics of the region or the places visited during the trip, for example: biodiversity, geology, climate conditions, volcanic phenomena, effects of karst and changes connected to the area that occurred in the area over the ages.

During the meetings with employees from visited parks, the group had the opportunity to get acquainted with functioning of the Parks, including educational and tourism activities as well as the problems related to the provision of protected areas and ways of ways of resolving them.

Apart from the natural and cultural values of the visited places the group had also the possibility to taste the regional products, the promotion of which is one of the elements pursued by national parks activity.
